    What Continuous Enrollment Means

    At Southside Christian School, we want enrollment to be simple and stress-free. With Continuous Enrollment, your child’s place at SCS is automatically reserved from year to year until graduation—unless you tell us otherwise.


    This approach reflects our commitment to families: removing unnecessary steps so you can focus on what matters most—supporting your student’s growth in faith, academics, and character. Continuous Enrollment keeps the process seamless, while we dedicate our energy to building a Christ-centered education that prepares students for life and leadership.

    How It Works

    Need to withdraw? Submit the online Withdrawal Form by February 5 to opt out for the upcoming school year.

    Sign Once, Stay Enrolled

    Families complete the Continuous Enrollment Agreement during the Admissions Process.

    Automatic Renewal

    Students remain enrolled each year without re-enrollment forms.

    Opt Out If Plans Change

    Families may withdraw by submitting the online Withdrawal Form before the February 5th deadline.

      Families my notify the school by February 5 using the online Withdrawal Form.

    • Does this affect tuition or optional programs?

      Tuition updates are communicated by January. Optional services like Extended Care or extracurriculars still require separate enrollment.

    • Will I ever sign a new agreement?

      Only if your child adds new services or your family’s situation changes significantly.

    • How do I know if my student is eligible to return?

      All students in good academic, behavioral, and financial standing are eligible to return to SCS for the following school year. Parents with questions about their financial eligibility can contact the Financial Director to discuss this matter.
